To guarantee or make changes to your reservation please call (918) 452-2427.

We require a minimum of 2 night stay.

Our cancellation policy states:  In the event of cancellation, rents shall be refunded except for 15%, which is to be retained by the landlord for administrative fees.  If cancellation is made less than 30 days before 6am on the day of your arrival date, all rents are non-refundable.  No shows are non-refundable.  If for any reason your cabin becomes unavailable due to no fault of yours - we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount.

All reservations must be pre-paid in full before the date you are due to arrive either by Visa or MasterCard.  We authorize for at least 1/2 of the total at the time of reservation.  For reservations made within 30 days from the date you are due to arrive we will need the full amount authorized at time of reservation.

From April 1 - October 31st Check in time is 4pm.  Checkout is 11am.  During late fall and winter, these times can be more flexible.  If you'd like to arrive early or check out late, please call 918 452-2427 to see if that can be arranged.

The pet fee is $55 and is a one time fee per stay, per animal.  The fee is non refundable and is applied to our cleaning bill for hair removal to bedspreads, linens, carpets, and upholstery.  We hope you understand!
